Terms + conditions.

General terms
Quotes are confidential and valid for 30 days. All prices are quoted ex. VAT (applies to Norwegian clients), and include TWO revisions (unless otherwise agreed). Text and images supplied by the client must be proof-read and of sufficient quality. Additional revisions are billed by the hour at standard hourly rate, currently EUR 145 / NOK 1 450,- per hour.

Usage rights
The client shall receive exclusive rights to use the end product for their business. The client cannot alter the final product in any way without prior consent from Petchy. Petchy reserves the right to use the final product for marketing purposes (i.e. to showcase in an online portfolio or printed brochure). Petchy will not be held accountable for any breeches of copyright relating to text and/or images supplied by the client.

Cancellations and/or delays
If the project is cancelled or postponed by the Client, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project fee will be charged. If work has already commenced, the Client agrees to pay 50-100% of the project fee, depending on the level of completion according to the agreed schedule. Project fee is due in full if the project is cancelled during the final project phase. Where a workshop or speaking engagement is cancelled by the client, 50-100% of the fee is due, depending on the time already spent preparing materials. The fee is due in full if the event is cancelled less than a week prior to the agreed date — this is due to me holding space in my calendar that could otherwise have been booked by other clients.

External expenses & meetings
External expenses, fees, printing costs and postage are not included in the quoted price. Travel costs will be billed separately. Meetings and project administration will be billed by the hour unless otherwise agreed.

Hourly rates & rush fees
Current standard hourly rate is EUR 145 / NOK 1 450,-.  An additional 50% will be charged for evening and weekend work if initiated by the client or necessary to meet last-minute deadlines. Rates are subject to change annually, on the 1st of January.
