REFINING AND DEVELOPING A BRAND

Nanodri’s heat relief apparel combines cutting-edge Japanese technology with sleek Scandinavian design.

When they reached out to me they already had a good idea of what they wanted, but needed some help refining their sketches and putting it all together into a cohesive brand identity. They had made a really good start on their logo, so I only made minor changes here: refining the icon and tweaking the logotype, creating logo variations (to give them a flexible, yet still recognisable identity) and defining brand typography and colours. To help them stay consistent, everything was then clearly defined and outlined in a set of comprehensive brand identity guidelines.

To ensure a cohesive look throughout, custom icons and illustrations were created to match and complement their brand identity. The clean, monoline illustrations emphasise the sleek and minimal Scandinavian look.

The packaging also remains true to Nanodri’s simplistic style, featuring a minimal design with lots of white space. Their garments will ship in a recycled cardboard box, and by sticking the shipping label directly onto the box, the need for additional postal packaging is eliminated. Me like!
