ILLUSTRATED MAP OF KAIBAKKEN
As part of a 2-month long experiment to increase urban life and the attractiveness of the town centre, the main street Kaibakken was partially closed and repurposed as an area for activities and recreation.
The town council needed to inform the public about changes to the flow of traffic – and about the exciting possibilities of the project.
Information from public sector services often end up looking a tad drab and uninspired. I’ve sought to communicate the message in a more interesting and visually engaging way, by designing an illustrated map and applying the same style across all touchpoints.
